It's a flexibility issue. Hamstrings and lower back need to be very flexible to avoid wink.

Stop worrying about it desu.

Brace your core correctly

lighter weight or no weight. practice technique every single time, no exceptions. use lighter lifts to learn the feeling of starting to wink and learn to control before moving up.

Front squat, front squat, front squat, front squat,

enjoy your herniated discs, baka

I want to lick those feet.

Dorsiflexion. Don't be scared of letting your knees go past your toes.

Also, don't hyperextend on the descent. It'll just make the butt wink more pronounced.

This is rounded back.

try this
Make sure to don't go way too deep, hip crease parallel with knee
Focus on lifting your chest, not arching your back
Focus on "pushing" with the outer heel, or any other method to keep knees out
Work on hip and ankle flexibility

2nd this. Post feet pics

It is caused by hip structure. Widen your knees and possibly your feet.

It's mostly an adductor flexibility issue rather than hamstrings and back

OP, brace your core, tighten your back and slowly start squatting without breaking your form (keep the tightness and push knees out etc.)
At a point you'll probably start feeling you cant get any lower, that is the point you do buttwink
Determine what causes that rigidity, and stretch accordingly, there is no one size fits all solution for that

Thank you for correcting me. I've been trying to target that areas flexibility with toe touches, hurdler stretches, and crossing the knee over chest stretch. What else can I do?

Use a squat plug.

It worked for me.

Squat more tbqh

just widen your stance it will naturally cure all errors in your squat

maintain chi flow to your feet
evacuate bowels completely
love yourself

You squat in running shoes (go barfoot or in heeled shoes)

You dont have the weight on your heels and you dont push your knees out(goodbye knees)

probably more but cant tell really bad angle desu

Before you squat make sure you have a tight core and back

and increase risk of hernia :^)

good one, shill
