I saw a guy LTEing like 100lbs for easy sets of 6 with massive fucking triceps, said he benched 325. Is there any point to doing low rep LTEs, treating them like a larger compound? I usually go higher rep but I tried the 70lb ez bar and pressed it for some 5s per his advice

Tbh I don't know. I can do 100lbs LTEs but I don't bench near 3pl8.
I've seen guys bench 200kg in person (steroids) and they do LTEs, but usually as pump work and nothing super heavy.

Its really up to you. I'd suggest reps of 8-10 because they can get stressful on your shoulders, which is one reason I hate doing them.
Go heavy on CGBP or something instead IMO
