Hip thrusts everyday. Good mornings/Romanian deadlift everyday. Glutes kickback everyday. That's it

Do hip thrusts before squats, since squats will burn you off on ss. Progress on it as would for upper body.

Good mornings and kickbacks should be done aiming for nice clean reps, not max weight. Do 50-100 reps total for each of these two. You will be very tired after training session, but no it won't kill you.

Just bulk and do SL. You'll automatically get thicc mode if you don't use the bulk as an excuse to eat only garbage. Hit your protein every day.

If girl, do what I mentiomed above but add in Bulgarians, lunges, and hip thrusts as accessories.

Do a different routine altogether.
SS won't get you thick. And if it did it wouldn't get you hot thick, just 80's russian olympian thick.

SS is the best way to start off becoming thick
it literally has you hit squats 3 times a week
if that does not get you sufficiently thicc then add in some accessory work on the off days to increase mass even more.
