Farmers walks hit pretty much everything to some degree, if done correctly. IMO they are the GOAT accessory exercise.

I want to do this but afraid it will affect my recovery. Did you ever have recovery issues since adding farmer walks at the end of your workouts?

My calves are fucking huge and I never did a set of anything in the gym for them.

Anything that involves weightbearing and is unilateral in nature will hit the lower leg.
