Football season ended so I no longer have to a fat fuck. I was at 220lbs and now I'm down to 177lbs. How much longer do I have to cut until I start seeing abs and more definition?

Stats: 5'8" 177lbs, lift 6 days a week, macros are 220 carbs, 150 proton, 60 fat.

Bench: 240lbs
Squat: 375
Diddly: 440

Should I lower my carbs?

Probably another 30 lb, no exaggeration. Assuming you're not on steroids, it's always a mistake to get as fat as you were at the start of your cut. Now you have to cut for ages and in the process of so doing, you will lose tons of muscle.

Nick from Nick's Strength and Power is around the same height and cut from the same weight. And he had to get down to 143 to get shredded.

"Man, if I could get down to 170, there's no way I'm not gonna be shredded as fuck..."

>Should I lower my carbs?
Impossible to say without knowing your TDEE. Figure that out, then figure out how to cut 500 calories a day from that.

God dammit. I was hoping like 10-15 more pounds. Thanks though

-6/10 would bang

What drugs do you take? Any sissy OC?

are those 1rep max or working sets.

1rm

Yeah no shit bud. Why the hell do you think I'm trying to cut? My face is attractive I just absolutely hate my stomach and chest.

>lifts are much better than mine
>looks like fucking shit

i'm sorry for your genetics op, I think you're just too fat and that's why you don't look good but my god i'm really sorry about your chest

I know it's fucked. I really wish I just would have told my coach to fuck off when he told me I needed to be 220 and started cutting in summer because I was 190 in summer. Now I'm going to have to grind for like a year to be where I want to be. But it is what it is and I'm just going to have to work. It's just going to suck because my lifts before I started cutting were a 405 squat, 460 diddly, and a 255 bench.

not true at all. that only applies if you're at your natty limit, most people will not lose much muscle at all on a cut if they're eating enough protein, there are scientific studies showing this. so don't spread this info dummy

Your frame is tiny. You won't have abs until you get to the high 130s. We're talking a 40 pound cut, at least.

Sorry, breh. I'm in the same boat. Shit genetics crew checking in.

football season ended 5 months ago

And?

Really? This is kinda a shitty pic but I was think about 150lbs. My lifts are decent for my age currently and I'm getting somewhat bigger.

>Better picture than my first

Get lean. Don't waste your time getting shredded
Once you see all 6 abs start bulking.
No execuses.
YOUR wasting a lot of time getting shredded.
Lots of gains too.
Take advantage of them.
Lower then 160 at that height = not good.

Honestly doubt those to pics are the same person if and youre claiming to be OP. Holy shit this board needs post ID's the amount of lard asses that think they lift well / are in shape and make these garbage threads with fake stats and pics are ridiculous...dont even get me started on the gay anons trolling for pics.

OP I thought your original pic was an eli manning meme its that bad.

Wtf? Must go to a small school if he could get onto the football team. This kid is like 5'2". And I'm being generous.

You look strong af OP
mirin no joke

No it really is me... The pic with my shirt off is kinda a bad picture. Proof

I go to a medium sized school. I was a two year starter. I grubbed and was a pass rush specialist.

Thank you user

solid shoulders and arms but your chest looks pretty shit for benching 240 desu. I would start doing more chest isolations if you arent already

Lmao. I hope you're joking

Why? I know my bench sucks but for someone who started taking lifting seriously in like October I feel like those are decent stats.

I started doing more chest about 2 months ago. I'm seeing progress. What should I work in?

I think I'm just going to try to get lean like you said because if I go past 160 I'll look like a skeleton and lose a lot of gains. Thank you user
