In the case of a divorce, how can the courts discover what assets you have?

in the case of a divorce, how can the courts discover what assets you have?

can they forcibly get data from bank accounts? from things like investment accounts?

yes, they'll subpoena the banks...don't try to conceal. they'll also look back years, so it isn't like you can shift things around now thinking that they won't be aware when your court date comes.
you also have to declare your assets, under oath...perjury is a felony, so just tell the truth.

literally don't get married

Start accepting non-tangible assets from your clients or boss etc.
Never hide digital footprints controlled by third party such as banks

U need to get paid in cash, gold, jewelry, real estates, cryptocurrencies etc

Also accept under a ltd when possible

Been there done that twice. First marriage I escaped losing only about $50k. Second marriage was bad though. Lost around $500k in assets to that miserable cunt.

The court won't investigate any of your finances unless your wife's attorneys request it, and they will. My wife knew about my Coinbase account, my BTC wallets, everything. So I had to turn all that shit over. Had to liquidate all my crypto holdings and convert to fiat so that the court could estimate my wealth. Fucking cunt also got my house which I paid in full for and she a her bf are now living in. Yes, I got cucked. Do not get married, ever. I repeat DO NOT FUCKING EVER GET MARRIED.

Move it all into Btc then into XMR.

Say you lost it gambling on a shitty XMR gambling site that got taken down, or you lost the password. As long as the site is some shit out of USA company there will be no way the courts will find or even know how to find out.

Make it look convincing, this is up to you.

Hold all the XMR in a paper wallet. Do not withdraw in the US. Withdraw abroad after time has passed and find a way to prove you have made it post divorce in the foreign country.

All of the above won't work unless you are smart about it, it's just a rough guide you have to do the leg work. But if done correctly you will not have to hand her nasty ass one single penny.

Or just pay a black guy to fuck her and film it and then divorce her for cheating on you and keep all your money because some mental issue caused by her cucking you. PCSD and expensive bills for post-cuck therapy. Not joking here.

This,

Protip: get a ledger and some Monero. Due to plausible deniability (Ledger can have a second secret account) they can't do shit.

Cash out a few hundred every week and claim you spend it on something hard to trace. (Casino, food, clothing, ...)

Forgot to add. On the off chance that your soon to be ex doesn't lawyer up, I wouldn't divulge any hidden assets. It is expensive for your wife to do an official investigation of your wealth, so don't freely offer up anything except the basics ie. tax returns, pay stubs.

buy bitcoin, store it on a usb, problem solved

Nope, won't work. You have to provide bank statements to the court, it's required. Her lawyers will ask "what were these deposits for?" You have to have an answer.

Bitcoin can be traced retard.

>my BTC wallets,

Did she know *how many* wallets you had or your total BTC worth? Because it seems like it'd be easy for you to come up with a tenth of what you actually had.

My wife had 3 attorneys working for her. They poured through all of my bank statements and I had to account for every deposit and withdrawal. These jews know how to track down every fucking penny.

all new to this divorce shit so ok , learning new shit everyday

wow. just makes me question the whole idea of marrage

>tfw didn’t fall for the marriage meme

They don't have to be deposits
He can just withdraw then send over mail or cash deposit himself on localbitcoins
And say he spent it gambling from being depressed

Yeah dude. Your BTC didn't appear out of thin air. You used fiat to purchase it. And attorneys will find out exactly what you did with your fiat.

And lying to courts is not a good idea either. Judges aren't stupid. If he thinks you're lying and are hiding money, he'll grant your wife alimony payments and you'll end up paying her one way or another. Like I said, been there done that.

Damn

If you get caught lying, the judge will slap you with contempt and start nailing you on every little detail. Best to just take your licks and get it over with. Start fresh.

>not mining btc in 2011

that's fucked up. I knew it could be traced bdamn makes sense, didn't know they were all informed from all that. Never been married before but will think twice now

I hear married people say all the time "meh, if we get divorced we'll just agree on things and stay friends, that's how we are." BULL FUCKING SHIT. When divorce papers are filed you two become mortal enemies. It becomes all about the assets. It's war. There's emotions, feeling of betrayal, it gets ugly.

I guess this is why you should always have a save piggy bank or offshore accounts on your siblings/trusted friends name if you're ever stupid enough to marry

does a pre-nump maybe sort that out?

Serious question. If you convert all fiat into Btc then XMR, then send it all to another XMR address that you own. Save the transaction. Tell the courts you were scammed, a fake email chain could do the trick using anonmail via tor as the scammer (you).

Then move all the XMR from your "scammer" address to a new one which you hold on a paper wallet.

In this case the courts and lawyers have no way of tracking where the funds have ended up.

If you then stick completely with your story of being scammed, even if they think you are lying can they do anything without proof that you own the funds? - proof they will never get.

Then it's just a case of withdrawing the xmr abroad and laundering.

>My second marriage
>Fool me once....
KYS

What if I transfer/gift everything to my mother and pay all the taxes on the stuff? They can’t hunt down my mother now can they?

I really didn't have enough wealth to justify a prenup. It's pretty standard to split the assets equitably in a divorce. Now, if I had multi million dollar net worth, you better believe I would've had an airtight prenup. Best course of action is just don't get married.

Nope. Your accounts are on lockdown once the papers are filed. It's called a temporary injunction. It means you can't make any large withdrawals without your wife's consent.

>when your court date comes.
>you also have to declare your assets, under oath
what if I just don't turn up at court. Or say "no comment"

Fuck man. Holy fuck.
Could they require access to things like data on your personal computer?

>I wouldn't divulge any hidden assets
Isn't that like, illegal? As per what another user said. I mean it would be possible to hide assets so they cannot be found and then not divulge them

...at least the exchange I bought my BTC on went bust some years ago...

how many years back could they go?

What if I know the marriage is about to collapse and do that before the divorce papers are filed?

What a shitty shitty time to be a man

screw our ancestors who sold us out, faggots

I think it's gone way overboard but it does make sense in principle, right? The woman usually takes a support role in marriage. She'll usually sacrifice the time and energy she'd need to build a career taking care of the home and kids and providing a stress-free environment so that the man can do it. It's a million-year old unspoken contract.

Not really

men and women are making essentially the same in this day and age, it's just that men save money and women blow it like retards

then when it's divorce time oh look here time to cut up the pie 50 50 :-)

I hope you didn't breed with either of them
inb4 idiocracy

It makes sense if their earning abilities are similar. Otherwise it is insane.

Just say you lost all your money gambling on LINK or some other shitcoin.

that's historically true but today a lot of women are also working, likely with similar if not higher earning potential. meanwhile men are still getting anally intruded by the court system, only 3% of people receiving alimony are men.

How well would this actually work though? That would be like saying you cashed in your entire bank account right before going to court and threw it all in a river, which definitely sounds illegal.

yeah that's why you don't get married in the first place then you don't have these problems
