It's pumping as much as the next alt, not much actual mooning. Holding up it's value at 2x ICO next to KNC.
That's the thing. Problem is I bought in at 8.3k and anything I sell will be a loss for that. I'm balancing my optimism that it will get to that again, and also trying to make some gains from a pump. I don't like trading when I will be selling at a loss. It's a psychological thing--in real terms I have lost it already, but I cannot let go of that.

Yeah I have definitely been much more wary of trading since I bought in at 6.2k. It was easy to trade when it was above my buy in price since even if I made a mistake and it mooned without me I still had a profit. Now if it moons after a trade then I really am at a loss.

Oh absolutely! I own a hardware wallet. I was more asking as a preparation for any price increases. The waiting and anxiety of the moment can cause mistakes. If there is a realistic expectation of a pump and correction, then it might be worth it to increase my position? Is what I'm saying. I'm just trying to gauge what everyone else is doing. If I were thinking of swing trading, I'd look at technical indicators like EMAs and MACD. I recommend the books by Alex Elder as a good starting point.
