I don't think you realize the potential here. Let me break it down for you. Kucoin does 4 mil in volume a day. Bittrex does almost 100x that. Crypto as a whole is likely going up 10x in the near future, and kucoin is #47 exchange while bittrex is #3. If kucoin can break into the top 10 exchanges in the next couple of years we could see it doing more volume than bittrex does today.

I am not aware of any real evidence- just circumstantial and mildly over reaching. First, they're chinese like Binance. The layout and UI is very similar to Binance. And Binance copied kucoins referral program (minus the indirect referrals) shortly after kucoin started it.
They may not be owned by Binance, but they might have a deeper connection than we think.
