Jeez, who gives a crap? The only thing you should be concerned with is making progress, avoiding injury and how much you can lift relative to your body weight. I bet if they made a gold-colored bar that weights 50 lbs instead of 45 so the total rounds up to 230, you'd all be aiming for that and come in here proudly proclaiming "I hit gold today brahhhh!" like an autist who caught a shiny Pokémon.
