How much cardio do you do ?

Not much
I work out 4 times a week and I round off each exercise with 15 min on the treadmill

I do about 20 min very fast walk 4 times a week and keep around 1600 calories and i try not to pass 150 gram carbs

You have literally no muscle, just really low body fat. That's great that you can have that much discipline with your diet, but you should actually start eating and lifting.

I used to be a skelly with abs like you and looked good in selfie shots with downward lighting, but now that I'm 30 lbs heavier with ~12% bf instead, I actually look good when I have a shirt on and in real life lighting.

I'm DYEL and overbulked with the "hurr durr get AT LEAST 3000 calories" meme.

I've never been able to see my abs, being skinnyfat my whole life. I've lost 5kgs but still has fat around my stomach to go. If I flex abs, the two or pooossibly four upper ones are starting to show. If you squint a little. It's taking forever though.

Haven't really lost weight on lifts though. (Not that there's much to lose.)

I started lifting last august, got to 1/2/3/4. I was at about 19%bf, I've cut down to 15% and I'm starting to look dyel when I wear a shirt. Tell me it gets better bros

Tbh i was bulking up for the last 2.5 years
(I lift for about 3.5 years)
I was 77 kg and at the end of my bulking
I was 110 kg.

Any tips on bulking? I wanna do a slow bulk, put on 10-15kg and minimal fat.

If you want to grow fast eat at least 2 times your weight in grams of protein
I ate about 2 tuna and 2 protein shakes with milk ( 1 before gym and the other after gym) and i added some chicken breasts sometimes fried turkey.
I slept a lot for about 10 hours
Tbh i didnt do any cardio so i was a slow ass piece of shit,so i would say do at least once a week.
Increase the weight that you are lifting + sets.
Tbh i didnt count the calories that much because i knew i ate like a fucking beast and it was at least 2500.
