14 inches is like a 4-6 period of training that involves bicep and tricep isolation every session.

14 inch arms are definitely achievable natty, probably within the first year of training. Its easier to get big arms if your triceps are bigger so don't neglect them.

How big they look will depend on how short you are. You can still have big arms if you are tall, you do need more muscle though to make them look big relative to physique.

A lot of tall males will have biceps that size without even doing weight training

Do chin ups until you feel like it's not enough weight. You ought to be doing pull ups anyway so just alternate between days or whatever works for you.

Lol tick with it. Probably start with a strength program with some cardio. Then once your numbers are up there change to PPL ROUTINE. For me when I started, I focused on strength gains then once my strength was at a peak, I changed to moderate weight and higher volume which seemed to build on more muscle in time.

Just keep working out. Increase weights each time you workout and if you can't do a full 3 sets deload. Keep trying to increase the weight using your lowered weight as the new starting point

Thank you brehs that helps. I'm not giving up this time. I haven't missed a workout in a month and I train 6 days a week switching between a compound workout and an isolation workout and I also do bw training every day. I want this.

I'm not sure. I've dropped a few pounds because I train on a deficit trying to cut and I sleep at least 7 hours every night, but I have zero strength gains.

Decline barbell press x F is always a good way to go. If you are meant for greater things, your body will exert all it's strength to save you at those last precious moments.

Do your weak arm first and dont do more on your strong, itll fix muscle imbalances if you have em too...
