why is my tricep bigger than shoulder?

The Tricep is fine, but looks small because the rear delt is too small. Try working that specifically. Bigger Tricep than shoulders are pretty typical for natty anyway.

Have you tried adding in extra chest accessory exercises? A 4 sets on the pec dec is what I do to finish push day and I am sore as fuck every time.

Try slower negatives with fast contractions. Make it painful and chase the pump or whatever.

Yea I've been back and forth about checking test for a while, I know logically that 1-2 hours lifting 6 days a week and ~ 3000cal should have me growing fast at my age but it seems like I just gain and lose the same 15 pounds of fat. I guess if this bulk is a bust I'll bite the bullet and go

my only real routine is 5 sets of dips, 5 of bodyweight rows, 5 of pullups, 5 sets of L-sits, and 5 sets of 30 second holds just supporting myself.
after that I just try to learn new things like levers and what not.
I eat whatever I want but high protein
