Home Gym

Anyone workout at home here? I have a Kettlebell, Bench, and a Squat Rack, and I can do pretty much everything.

What's your opinion on them? Pic related not me

ahh yes i use a home gym

It's super convenient.

i have a cuck shed gym

I have a flimsy rack and flimsy bench crammed into a room that is too small to comfortably accommodate them. Haven't injured myself yet and only put one dent in the wall over the last year, so I'd say it beats going to the gym.

home gym is god tier

... can't do cable pulls though

cmon guys!
post ya home gyms!

Where's the gym?

I don't want people to come and steal my gains.

BE GONE GAINS GOBLINS

Give us a tour, user.

bottom of me garden mate
Lets head on inside!

heres the other side!
soon im knocking that wall at the back down and further expanding the gym even more!

Aesthetic.

...

looks fucking great

I've got that exact same Mirafit bench, way stronger than they look.

oh my

noice

...

Oh thank god, I thought we were going to have another instance of that fucker that homemade a bench press and probably decapitated himself. Good set up, user.

Home gym is for now the best thing I've ever bought. Nothing like training in your boxers with your own music blasting.
- power rack as in pic
- 165 kg weights
- ATX Econ Power Bar
- 2x 50mm dumbbells
- bench

Nice

work in progress, but lots of space

digging the color scheme matey

Power rack+cable machine, 45lb oly bar, ez curl bar, and a pullup bar in my door. Foam mats to pad floor.

I need a cable rope attachment badly.

What's the least amount of equipment I would need?
Would A barbell and Bench, dumbells and a pull up bar be enough

whack a squat rack in and ur set!

>Back in the day
>Before my life changed moments...

>I miss it everyday

:(

...

Seriously?
Thanks for the reply mate

I want to get a rack soon. Probably in sept

U mirin?

...

Gosh!

My autism likes that clean look

what happened?

Offered a job across the country
Couldn't take the gym
Flat broke at the time, still had a gym I invested over a couple of years
Ended up selling everything I owned
Ended up becoming very successful and
/made it/
Looking at property now so one day I know I'll get another home gym however this time it will be elitefts rack and some more goodies
Only thing I did for cardio at the time was farmers walk, loaded carry, high rep deadlift sessions
>Neighbors never complained

Barbell, weights, squat stand or rack, bench, that's it. Everything past that is supplementary.
