you will never find a good bulking guide on the internet. you have to find what works for you. it would help to understand calorie density and satiability (can't remember if that's the right term). certain foods make you feel full from fewer calories than other foods.

basically what you're gonna want to do is eat a ton of greasy, fatty foods along with sauces or creams. so drizzle your pancakes in whipping cream. drown your pizza in ranch. cover your burrito in sour cream. etc etc

fatty, oil foods are extremely calorie dense. and you will have to push yourself and overeat. you will overeat to the point of feeling like your gut is gonna burst and you'll have to keep going.

I have the exact same body, literally thought your pic was me for a second. Feels bad man. I've weighed the same since 11th grade and all throughout college. No matter how hard I work out, I just don't get hungry enough to substantially increase my caloric intake. Eating too much makes me feel sick. I've just kind of accepted that "toned" is the best I can get, functionally my strength is fine relative to my body weight.

Same here I think I developed body dysmorphia or some shit from stupid people calling me skinny all my life and I wasn't even that fucking skinny. Now I've gained both fat and muscle mass and weight 170 pounds at 5'10 but I still see myself like a lightweight or ottermode at best

this. you have to find what works for you.

for me what works is lifting + lots of protein and carbs + more lifting. fatty foods never worked for me. and my body doesn't seem to be able to gain fat, only muscle (oh lucky me)

maybe you need more cardio? it may sound weird, because you'll be spending lots of precious calories, but it will also make you more hungry. it works for me.

i was a sedentary 106lb skeleton. then i gained 13lb only by cycling, and stabilized at 119 for some time. so i started lifting, and i'm at 130 now, going slowly and steadily up.
