Sip fags on Suicide watch

How else am I supposed to get 1g/lb of protein?
Is GOMAD really the way?

What about IF?
That worked for me.

...

Muh Genetics

They all seem pretty reasonable tbqh.

This one pisses me off as a former fat kid.

Keeping it off is much easier because it's much more depressing being fat than it is fit, so it's hard to muster the determination, willpower, and strength when you're fat today and will be fat tomorrow.

When I have days where I fuck up or I see slight lovehandles coming back in I quickly adjust myself and have a few days of what I call good behavior to make up for it. Easy. Ree.

Uh you just proved that post. You accident grew lovehandles so you realize that and try to work it off, which means you're struggling to keep it off.

Someone going from 300-200 lbs is easier than staying at 200 lbs for a while

I was expecting mom science memes, but is not anything unreasonable, aside from a couple that leave room to dubious multiple interpretations like

What? I wouldn't call it struggling to keep it off, I would just call it basic consequence. If you're being literal here then yeah it is easier in that it takes less calories, but you need to cut back regardless to lose weight and I am saying that is harder when you're a fat lard fuck the whole time you're trying to get from 300 to 200. Thus, trimming down some lovehandles that nobody else notices anyway is much easier.

Only checked the nutrition part, it's not bad. Some of them are a bit dubious, but clicking gives you a better explanation.

That political compass confuses me.

All pretty good. I like that there's a click-through giving you additional info.

What kind of political compass is that?

this shit triggered me, I do IF and it was the final puzzle piece for me to finally make it
Australia is never gonna make it

Ha

lol I knew it seemed familiar...

colors are going counter-clockwise though.

Needs one 90 degree turn clockwise

kek. it kinda works though doesn't it?

Seems a little hypocritical

true. good catch.

Just came back from 3 weeks in Darwin. Can confirm that there are a lot of fat fucks. But Aussies are damn friendly people who make some good fucking lamb.

the aussies are lightyears ahead of the USA :O

i kinda take issue with this one though. it's true in a lot of cases, but not all. it's far healthier than olive oil if you're cooking with it, for instance.

they're demonizing saturated fats still, which is silly.

>10,000 hours in MS paint

Can't think of a joke for the hippies unfortunately.

Its no good. Incredible how there are still people falling for the myth of the saturated fat myth.

yoplait LOL

Olive oil is healthier for cooking but not because coconut oil has sat fats. olive oil is generally healthier.

Better than both ( and in flavor) is canola oil. No bs

I meant rapeseed

All objectively wrong

>i disagree with scientific evidence

>not making a protein shake with milk

now what, aussies?

>wellnessmama

This is scientifically true (the 3500cals//lb of fat is an average figure, which actually ranges from 2800-4200 if I remember correctly, but I don't remember why, probably due to the types of fat stored)

lol do you not read nutrition and fitness blogs?

it's so very sad that you are never going to make it :(

>vegan trap

i think compared to you we all already made it by defaut

I am a third year nutrition and dietetics undergraduate.

perfect! i'm also studying human nutrition in college. so what issue do you take with the wellnessmama blog post i linked¿

Can a vegan have complete nutrition?

yes, absolutely. it does take a bit of work and mindfulness about what you eat. i track my nutrients with cronometer.com/

Of course

Which political compass is this?

Just supplement b12 if you're not drinking or eating fortified foods.

Genuinely thinking about making the switch. Supposedly going green makes you feel a lot better, avoid cancers, etc.

Is it hard to meet caloric requirements if you're a big guy? I am a skinnyfat 155lbs and was wondering if I have to eat a pound of broccoli a day to meet my 2100 intake.

it's definitely doable if you want to try it :)

go for the satiating foods like avocados, potatoes, beans. desu though most of the big vegan guys i've known got by eating TONS of food throughout the day.

fill an entire salad serving bowl (or larger) for a good meal. takes a while to eat but will make you full.

You have a mental disease
That disease is tripping on an anonymous Filipino washboard
Seek humility

This was posted on the front page of the ABC News app the other day too:

>trusting the Australian Government
>ever
As an Australian, don't trust anything this site says, it's full of mom-science and half-truths and hearsays. They don't give a shit if it's true, just as long as it seems helpful and makes them look good.

Fug, I was going to spend a lazy arvo playing civ. Guess I better get on the bike and hit the hills instead.

Bretty good political chart

Give him a doobie and you've got a good political compass

As a CROIKEY you pay tax dollars. These tax dollars fund government services for the common CROIKEY. These specific CROIKEY HEALTH SERVICES aren't necessary and thus to assure you they haven't wasted time or effort on unnecessary CROIKSICES they have put no time or effort whatsoever into the aforementioned CROIKIFF OF NOTTINGHAM health service. Thus, your stupid CROIKVERNMENT is actually efficient.

The more you know

This is true. A change in lifestyle is harder than a sudden calorie deficit.

>eating 500kcal below maintenance is harder than eating at maintenance
Fucking how

Those morons put the colors in wrong

Sports drinks like gatorade, not energy drinks.

Vegan restrictive diets are retardedly hard to follow correctly without getting too little protein, too little fat, too much fibre etc. I fixed the protein problem by not being a vegan retard, so I ate some chicken breast and whey, but eating 50 grams of fibre a day because I tried to only eat 100% "clean" carbs still had me bloated and shitting only once per 30 hours on a 2700 cal bulk (5'9" prince of manlets).

I cut my fibre down to a reasonable 20-30 grams a day, bought some pasta to eat for breakfast so I don't eat 20 grams of fiber from oats and increased my fat from 15% of my caloric intake to a bit less than 30%. Now I shit almost twice a day and I'm way less bloated, feeling and looking better in general.

The amount of effort it takes to get the same results from a vegan diet that you would a regular diet is just mind boggling, when you could just eat lean non-vegan protein and not worry about getting your protein from foods that are high in carbs and fibre.

>healthier.qld.gov.au/straight-answers-myths/

>Eating lots of protein won't give you huge muscles
>All the exercise in the world won't make up for a poor diet
>Eating well doesn't mean you can't eat as much as you want
>Your body doesn't care what time you eat, it's how much you eat
>Cutting out carbs is not the answer

Fucking god-tier. Can't believe a .gov health address actually posted good advice. They only bad ones are:

>Skipping breakfast is not bad for weight loss
>Some people put on weight more easily than others

The first is not true or untrue; skipping breakfast makes it easier for some people to eat less, but is highly subjective. The second is technically true, but the picture makes it imply fat people burn less than skinny people - it's the other way around. Some people burn more due to age, weight, muscle mass, and height. Other changes in BMR are usually incredibly non-significant.

*Skipping breakfast is not good for weight loss

Hi there!

You seem to have made a bit of a mistake in your post. Luckily, the users of Veeky Forums are always willing to help you clear this problem right up! You appear to have used a tripcode when posting, but your identity has nothing at all to do with the conversation! Whoops! You should always remember to stop using your tripcode when the thread it was used for is gone, unless another one is started! Posting with a tripcode when it isn't necessary is poor form. You should always try to post anonymously, unless your identity is absolutely vital to the post that you're making!

Now, there's no need to thank me - I'm just doing my best to help you get used to the anonymous image-board culture!

Is this a political compass ?

The bottom left is 100% accurate.

this is true because male vs female, height differences, body fat percentages, and MINOR differences as a result of hormone levels technically, but they should specify this so people can't hide behind "genetics" excuses

they're kinda cute

This is perfect

is this a political compass?

>I took shop class
ebin

Fucking bullshit. Everytime i took a 1k calorie shake near bedtime, i had sweats all over the night, leaving my bed fucking moist, horrible experience.
Also try eating right before exercising and see what happens.

you are retarded

It's true, I did take a shop class.
