I've tried to reaf the sticky, it just feels like an unorganized mess and I can't make heads or tails of it.
It's like making an aspiring musician jump into music theory about key signatures, circle of fifths, CAGED system without even knowing what a semi tone is.
I just try to follow a workout routine my friend sent me, try not to ingest much sugar or fat, do cardio, rinse and repeat.
