I don't have a specific program, since my days are subject to being chaotic, but lately -very simplified- my routine has been
Mon: Squat, Bench, Abs, Uphill bike sprints
Tues: Weighted pull up, Bent over row, calves, forearms
Wed: OHP, Abs, Uphill bike sprints
Thurs:Rest
Fri:Deadlift, Weighted pull up, Bent over row, calves, forearms
Sat:Bench, Abs, uphill bike sprints
Sun: Rows, Pull ups
Mon: Rest
Tuesday:Rest
The day of the week doesn't really matter, and if I miss a day I just do whatever's next. Also each push day I've added side raises and close grip bench, all the other days have at least two assistance exercises (except only 1 for lower body movements).
My stats are bretty gey tho desu, 5RM's are
.75/1.5/2.25/2.5
And for pull ups added weight is 1.25

Basic healthy stuff, user. Oats in the morning (with berries is what I do), snacks of fruit or vegetables throughout the day, avoid fastfood if you don't have to, chicken and rice, avoid anything with a lot of calories in it.
I recommend the spinach omelette, those things are great.

19 years. 5'7. Been losing weight since 220 lbs down to 170 lbs now. Goal is 150 lbs.
Doing strength training for around 4 months now. No idea if I should continue or if I have a good starting point. Mostly happy that I am not /obese/ anymore.

I'm I think you should continue with whatever you are currently doing (cutting or bulking). The usual recommendation is bulk until above 15%, cut back down to 10%, repeat. You are currently between those percentages, and should continue your plan until you reach one of them, then switch. Dont switch from bulking or cutting too quickly and without reaching those endpoints (10 to15 being the endpoints) take your time and do each to the fullest extent before transitioning between the two, or it is extremely easy to stall and spin your wheels.

IMO you should cut until 10%-12%, defined abs. You've currently lost them completely and I think a bulk would make for a very unattractive and unsatisfying body shape at the end.

last two are actually a 10lb difference (155lb to 165lb, 5'11"). I am benching 155 5x5 in the 3rd, and 190 5x5 in the 4th.
My shape is the same, but muscles now "pop" more and are more 3d and well rounded. Probably hard to see in a photo. Gains have very much slowed down though!

Do a little more shoulder work (like cables and lat raises, you should be doing OHP already) to even that out. You should be able to grow those out on a cut
