I use it every day. I have ADD but had to stop taking Adderall. I get it from Amazon. Just be sure the rhodiola that originates from Russia as it is regarded as superior because it contains the key active components: rosavin, rosarin and rosin. Ideally, the rhodiola rosea extract should be standardized to contain 2-3% rosavins and 0.8-1% salidroside.

Will try. Was a heavy Vyvanse/Adderall user and it took me a year to recover from 3 years of use (not abuse). Need a natural remedy that has any chance of working.
Modafinil works if you actually want to do the material, but just feel overwhelmed or whatever. It doesn't give you motivation for it really, it just helps you be able to work on it for hours without any issues. So for it to be most effective, you need to take it and then get to work on what you need to do right away, or else you'll end up wasting it spending hours on Youtube or something

Absolutely fucking this, I have dexedrine spansules and methylphenidate as well and in my experience neither of them actually give you any motivation. If you don't actually want to do the work, you will focus really intently on your phone. It needs to start first with your mindset. If you already know how you need to feel in order to do the work, then stims are a powerful tool.
I was prescribed Adderall in the past (for ADD) and I've taken Modafinil. Both work. Adderall feels a little more hardcore and has a stronger comedown leaving you feeling empty. Moda makes it hard to sleep deeply the next night. It also made me lose cognitive power while coming down. I did stuff like drive away from the gas station with the nozzle still in my gas tank. Adderall is more of a buzz and a fun high, but Modaf might be better for getting work done. It isn't magic but it works quite well and I didn't find it addictive (i have lots left over but haven't taken it in a year)
modafinil won't deliver the raw focus that adderall does, but if you combine it with a small amount of caffeine it gets somewhat close.
