Do you think Rome would be like this if it never had any civil war?

Do you think Rome would be like this if it never had any civil war?

Why would Rome go south the Nile?
Conquering eastern territories would be much more lucrative, that map's dumb.
Also, Ireland? Nah.

So who do you think you are kidding Mr. Ceasar
If you think ol' Irelands done!

Why's a quarter of Crimea missing and why did Romans go beyond the Rhine into Holland.

>implying the romans would go up the Nile instead of east into Asia

They took the part of Crimea that was inhabited by Greeks and North Sea coastal areas were always being raided by proto Vikings so maybe it was to push them away a little bit.

What said.
I also sincerely doubt that Rome would ever conquer Germania as it at the time was pretty much just a collection of svampy forests who's population more often than not could be controlled by setting it against itself.

i see them reaching the horn of Africa to trade with the Indians(and circumvent the silk road) but a client kingdom would be just more convenient.

rome would crumble sooner and faster after the retarded conservative bunch drives into the dust with incompetance

>lads heres a cruical situation
>who should we trust in handling it
>the next in line as our BASED traditions suggest regardless of competance or the guy who is proven to be capable of it

traditionalists are cancer and we would never amount to anything if we were up to, well, apart from dieing to plagues

They'd imitate Alexander's empire

>i see them reaching the horn of Africa to trade with the Indians(and circumvent the silk road) but a client kingdom would be just more convenient.

They did this IRL, as many as 450 ships left from Egypt to India every year, but I imagine it just wasn't as feasible to do all your trading trough the sea back then.

>traditionalists are cancer

Don't you dare call the monarchy an inefficient government because democracy is a myth

I miss her so much bros I just want her back

checked

Nero wanted to invade Ethiopia and Hibernia which is what they called Ireland

There were a lot of major port cities involved

Rome wouldn't have ever fallen if they didn't let foreigners in and didn't bring in socialist type laws to appease the people.

they couldn't come up with anything better without capitalists running their country into the ground, they should have banned slavery

>If Rome's most debilitating weakness never existed, what would happen?
Gee I dont know

Yes they could of, they could of just not appeased the people lol.

Agricola was going to annex both Ireland and Scotland to eliminate the barbarian threats to England entirely.

>Could of

The comfiest empire ever to exist, its so sad that we know so little about it even though it was so vast.

Do you think the world would be like this if it never had any war and every one lived in peace and harmony ?

>hurr udrr wat if rom was diffrernt

>Fanboy of Rome (likely due to filthy faggotry later in the empire)
>Cry about part of their traditions which made Rome great
>Assume Empires last forever
Have you even heard of Evola, I bet your shit hole always smells like Aids filled cum.
Fucking degenerate.

>do you think if pigs had wings they would fly
