maybe but imo it's difficult to overtrain your traps area and yeah neck training is legit makes all the difference i highly recommend it just gotta ease into it, grows fast as fuck too

I've started doing a neck routine at home for 20 minutes, but it was so intense i was sore for several days after every workout.

After 2 weeks i didnt see a change and then i stopped.

hard to imagine. I think of the neck muscle like the forearm muscle. Low androgen receptor count and doesnt respond to training like your upper arm .

i do neck 2x a week light (for me) but for high reps 100+ in total per side and you'd imagine it'd grow slow but try get into it seriously and you'll be very surprised, mine went from 16-18+ inch in a few months, got up to 4x25 neck extensions with 55kg but nearly snapped my shit up so i just do 4x25+ to near failure each set with 25kg now
ill tell you my routine

4x25 neck extensions (head harness)
4x25 neck curls (plate on forehead)
4x25 side neck raises both sides (plate on side of head) with 15 seconds rest in between each set

do it at home so you don't look like a retard though looks so autistic
