nah beard growth is mostly genetic. beard vs shaved aesthetics depend on how it grows. work with what you have don't try to become some ideal you can't achieve.

First of all there is not "testosterone" as one substance in your body. There is Free testosterone (responsible for muscle growth for example), there is DHT which is a different form of testosterone and derived from free test (responsible for beard growth and has to do with balding). For converting free test into DHT you need 5-alpha reductase. The amount of 5-alpha in your body usually increases with age. Some have lots of that in early years, some still make beard gains in their late 20s.

How much beard (so how many single hairs) you have is genetically predisposed. When you increase DHT these hairs are stimulated.

You can increase test naturally with nutrition and training. However, you're not going to make crazy beard gains.

You don't need it. Veeky Forums memes about low-T far too much, chances are you're perfectly normal.
Certain things like lifting do boost testosterone but it's only temporary, there's nothing healthy you can do to increase it permanently.

Growing good facial hair has less to do with high testosterone and more to do with high androgen receptors. Guys that have high androgen receptors for their facial hair generally are able to grow a full beard pretty easily. However, these same guys that have high androgen receptors for facial hair have high receptors for the hair on their head, which causes them to bald at a younger age.
