Not worth the pain for me. I used to dip with something like 40+ kgs but the pain was so bad I was sure I was fucking something up.
I don't feel I'm missing much by doing cable crossovers.
Weighted dips is a money maker.
Ive always gotta alot of props on my tricepts
I do 3 sets of 10 dips every day and once a week I got heavy
1 set no weight
1 set 1 45
2 sets 2 45s
1 set 3 45s.
Plus I weight 200 at 6'0
Triceps make the arm. When it pops it's a crowd pleaser
that's a 502 lb / 207 kg weighted dip
who gives a fuck about ROM at these weights.
