I actually lift to Peterson's podcast, most recently his bible series. The man's a genius and part of sorting myself out is bettering myself physically.

Lost two years to depression and atheism. When I'm really struggling with my final set I think about how Jesus willingly went to the cross and endured such terrible pain. His ultimate sacrifice gives me the will to face my own weakness head on. Every night I pray to God to not look like sloth from the goonies when I wake up in the morning, to be able to look at myself in the mirror and not think of suicide. Then I asked for a sign of what to do, and later that day, as I was watching a YouTube video on suicide, in the suggested vids was Chris jones. I have never watched a fitness vid in my life. I took that as a sign from God that he wants me to better myself. I still fucking hate myself, but now I'm think I'm fat as fuck too and I need to lose more weight.
