Also, 225x5 bench is literally shit. Yeah, it takes a year and a half or so to get to, but in all seriousness I've been guys bench 405x5 at my gym. Benching 2 plates is basically entry level for not being completely dyel.

Very few people (>1%) are actually benching 3 plate.
No one benches 4 plate. Period.
225 bench is achievable for everyone within a couple months I agree, however gains are not linear. You will never hit 3 plate unless your genetics are god tier.
You will never hit 4 plate ever. Not even in the next life.

I wish I knew about this years ago and didn't have an insane amount of dysmorphia and insecurity. When I was around 200 pounds my best squat was 365 and deadlift was 385 and I felt like such a weakling that I kept pushing the weight up more way too quickly and didn't care about form. Fucked up my back and am recovering right now. So stupid because I never even planned on competing, and now I look at this and see I was actually doing perfectly fine and there was no need to feel upset about my lifts fuck.

2 plates can be hard to get.
If you are 90kg then it is barely just over bodyweight.
Slightly over bodyweight bench is unrealistic.
