Op, try super sets with higher reps for couple of weeks. Still focus on lifting heavy but also focus on chasing the burn.
3~4 sets of 15~18 reps with Super sets to failure works for myself. Also, do not forget to work on your rear delts... it's the most neglected muscle and most people don't work their rear delts enough.

It's a great work out. Also try doing OHP super sets with smith machine. It helps to feel the burn because you don't have to balance much and you can keep pushing. Try not to pause to rest during super sets.

OHP, Power cleans, lateral raises, dumbbell pressing, upright rows. Do all of these during the same workout.

That sort of separation is literally impossible.
