I thought skinnyfat meant generally skinny, skinny arms, legs, chest, face etc. with kinda fat stomach/ass.
What if you have very low fat AND muscle? Are you still skinnyfat according to your definition?

yeah as the other says, you are a skelly
but you are also partially right, a true skinnyfat would have much more lard on the belly plus love handles
this could fall more into a general untrained body type, the fat is fairly low
