Feels like I'm not working at the gym

I just got back from the gym.

I'm 5'10, weigh 121lbs.

Idid three reps of 5 sets (3x5) on the squat, 70kg.

It was hard to push, but I was barely winded afterwards.

Thing is, I'm not progressing on the squat. Or any other lift, for that matter. My bodyweight isn't increasing either.

What am I doing wrong, guys? My max squat has been the same for god knows how long now.

Without knowing your diet i can tell you need to eat way more youre tiny. As for the lifting, thats not a lot of volume. If youre a natty high volume is your friend.

FUCKING EAT! You need to be at least 170 lbs at that height. 121 isn't healthy. Keep doing 5x5 and EAT!

The problem is not your diet, its your work load. All you need to do is add some accessory lifts for the legs. The Quad machines n shit like that.
