Pre-Workout

So, Veeky Forums, what pre-workout do you guys use?

For me it's MP Assault. good shit.

And beta alenine cause it's cheap.
Didn't include caffeine cause dmha is plenty, I get it already from coffee, and I remember glancing at something about how taking caffeine and creatine together is worthless.

I have two of them.

One is for during the week, GAT PMP stim-free. No caffeine, no creatine, just N.O. maximizers. Then on particularly Saturday when I have fuck-all to do I get my best workout in on ProSupps Mr. Hyde. That shit ain't no joke.

Both are great in their own way. If you want a stim-free kick or an extreme pump they serve their purposes.

Red Bull boiled up in a pan and mixed with three teaspoons of coffee and three teaspoons of sugar.

I also like my heart attack served with lightly browned diabetes.

what about creatine?

I've tried Mr. Hyde before but it made me super nauseous after I finished my workout. My buddy had the same result when he tried it. Have you ever experienced this?

I mix it in a big koolaid pitcher add 2 cups of sugar and sip on it throughout the day at work

Creatine hcl in the morning right before I step out the door (mixed with tang, but any juice/koolaid would work, just makes it taste less like ass)

Sip on coffee on the way.

Consider spacing the creatine away from everything else, and look into DMAE and l-theanine.
