on a good day, 55s.(stuggle at the bottom)

Normal days just the 50s.(easy reps)

I only do 20lbs on each hand also. Only 1 week in the gym tho.

If you want size in shoulders, focus on rear delts, i.e. seated bent over raises

shoulder press is good for shoulder hypertrophy. add in some lat raises and say hello to 3d delts.

I can do 80s but I definitely prefer doing Arnolds

50 lb for 5 reps so far, started at around 20s a few months back, hopefully can get that weight higher and OHP 135 barbell by the end of the year.

Full range of motion from Arnolds increases size of all portions of delts plus pecs

Probably 45-50 max. Usually do 10 reps of 35 though.

I think around 40lb each hand with dumbells for 10 reps

I say "I think" because I haven't been able to do full weight for a few weeks. My right trap started bothering me, and has been nagging me for a few weeks so I've been taking it easy with workouts that exacerbate it (incline press and shoulder press). So I've only been doing 20lb each hand for 12 reps. Trap has been getting better slowly, I think I'm almost to the point where I can go full weight again
