Not enough. You need a whole gallon. That's like taking 2 scoops when you could be taking 4. CMON you gotta eat big to get big

....right babe?

>tfw no autism gf

yeah i know gomad etc but seriously

nutritionfacts.org/topics/dairy/

what does it say?

GOMAD + ADD PROTEIN SCOOPS IN YOUR MILK. 4 TIMES A DAY WITH PROTEIN. MAKE IT CHOCOLATE.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T FORGET TO LIFT, OR YOU WILL JUST GET FAT.

how much should i lift

ENOUGH TO OFFSET THE CALORIE INTAKE.

ALTERNATIVELY, DRINK LESS MILK, LIFT LESS, BUT YOU NOT GONNA MAKE IT.

ok thanks

It's three fucking paragraphs long

Basically people that drink more milk have more cancer, blood pressure, acne, hormonal imbalances and premature death. The higher the amount of dairy, the higher the amount of risk.

i am drinking like 3-5 litres of milk per day since i was like 15
Now i am 22 and i cant feel any negative effects except for backne
i am almost never sick, i can train six day a week and recover properly
look up casein ws whey study, look up bioactive peptides
if you are slight intolerant just buy some lactobaciles
only drink whole milk
no uht milk
dont forget to eat normal foods

i dont get this bullshit where some food is considered bad for you just bc some popular faggot said it

what should be bad in milk? protein? lactose? fat? vitamins? peptides? growth factors? not a single component in milk is dangerous

You could get fucking huge

>2liters is roughly half a gallon
>Sometimes less

dude do even want to make it? I don't think so

This is a vegan shill source FYI

>A meta-analysis of all such cohort studies, however, failed to find a significant relationship between milk and mortality.

Keep shilling.

bmj.com/content/349/bmj.g6015/rapid-responses
>failing to account for the genetic background of non-milkdrinkers
>giving a shady definition of 'mortality' to make their figures look better

What benefit exactly would someone get out of shilling veganism?

same way /b/ used to post pictures of DIY stuff like crystals that were actually a way to make mustard gas or the hot spoon into water shit

some people are just evil

Enjoy your cancer :)
