200,000 is easily doable by the Khans if it's close to their base of power. Kublai mustered half a million for his conquest of the Song, but never in one place at a time ofc.

Eastern Europe was at the very edge of the Mongol's power projection capabilities, and by the time they got there, ethnic Mongols had become a minority, needed to be supplemented by locally levied troops who were not nearly the same quality as the Tumens.

This was especially the case after the Toluid Civil War essentially cut off the Golden Horde and Ilkhanate from being able to recruit from Mongolia itself. Whatever armies those Khanates could raise would have far fewer Mongolians and not comparable to Genghis's armies in quality.
