I eat turkey. Chicken is for plebs.

Bonus points: sauces/spices to put on rice. I used to use soy sauce before I was redpilled on the soy question

>he fell for the soy gives you tits meme

I only eat red meat, eggs and cottage cheese

Chicken is disgusting

>he fell for the soy doesn't give you tits meme

this. similar macros and WAY better tasting

I eat kangaroo. seriously. its fucking awesome.

>throw chicken in bag with italian dressing before work
>come home from work
>dry that breast off
>season with garlic
>black pepper
>cut up a lemon
>put lemon slices on breast
>350F for however long

Make sure that chicken still has some pink in the middle. i like mine rare

>not prepping all your meals for the week on sunday
you are not going to make it senpai

satay sauce
supply for 1 week:
1 jar of peanut butter
1 small bottle of hot sauce
1 bottle of low-sodium soy sauce
1 small onion
1 or 2 red chili peppers
water

dice onions and peppers
fry that a little in a small pot
add peanut butter, hot sauce, soy sauce
add water until desired density is achieved

also, I marinade the chicken 24h in advance with a soy sauce/ garlic/onion mixture
And I buy some herb mix called "jamaican jerky" or something of the likes
that's it basically

Chicken Carbonara meal prep.
Sauce is made without cream using only parm and eggs.

Chicken fried lightly in olive oil with just salt and pepper seasoning. Tent for 15 minutes, chop and add to rest of pasta dish at the end before sauce is mixed in.

Home made Italian dressing, then i throw it on spinach or whatever else i eat.

>rare chicken
this is a joke right

How many onions do you put in your soup?

>Chicken.
>Rare.

What?

grilled with sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

kroger teriyaki sauce.

Can I replace a meatball based recipe with chicken breast? It's a spanish stew that is very healthy and I want to eat it everyday since it contains a shit ton of veggies but what makes it taste nice is the spices and the meatballs, will replacing the meatballs with diced chicken ruin it?

Post recipe and I'll tell you what you can do

i didn't put too much onions. three small onions, that's all.

I use pickapeppa sauce or dave's hurtin habanero, those sauces are the shit

I had hot wings tonight with a habanero/mango sauce coating. Good as fuck. I bet it’d be awesome on breast meat.

No this will cause you to develop scurvy

Grilled, in wholemeal bread with mayo. Mmmmmm

...

...

just grab a curry sauce from the store

honestly sometimes when i dont have time to make anything i'll just toss a couple in the crock pot with no seasoning and just smear spicy hummus on it afterwards

it works a lot better than you might think.

oven 400degrees for 45 minutes. puts them at 155 degrees internal temp, nice and juicy

>16g sugar per serving

Sounds like some tasty leather

heil hitler

>oven 400degrees for 45 minutes
T-that's from frozen right?

>perfection

Boneless skinless chicken thighs (bone and skin is fine, but these cook much faster.) Usually cheap as fuck too.
Wash and pat dry. Chuck in a gallon bag with the following
Apple cider vinegar
Sliced onion
Fresh garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Cumin

Marinate overnight.
Grill it in medium high heat, about 8-12 minutes each side, or until temp is 160°F.

Serve with rice and some kind of veggie. I like roasted broccoli or Brussels sprouts

>eating a female

I don't think soy sauce has enough to do that. And if you think you are eating enough that sodium will kill you first

I slice chicken breast thin to cook better. Add salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne. Cook with some olive oil and a little bit of butter. Add some lemon juice and white wine while it's cooking.

Same, I shovel 500g of shaved turkey breast into my mouth everyday

I love this website.

>Heat some peanut oil
>Mix up some eggs
>Put flour in bowl
>Salt
>White pepper
>Stir it up
>Dip chicken in eggs
>Dip chicken in flour
>Put chicken in oil
>Cook
>Eat

>Cut into strips, trim all fat off.
>Throw into a zip pocket bag.
>Good SQUART of lemon juice.
>Few drops of sesame oil.
>A good scoop of minced garlic.
>A good scoop of minced chilli.
>Salt.
>Seal bag and shake around until everything is coated.
>Leave in fridge for up to an hour.
>Drain excess juice and throw into a very lightly greased pan on high, making sure to give both sides a good brown.
>Turn down low and cover, chicken will be ready in the time it takes to cut up some onion, garlic and lettuce for a quick salad.
If you have one, throw it on a BBQ instead of searing in the pan, then let it cook through in the covered pan.

Frying chicken kills most of it's protein

This, a good brine will make the best chicken no matter how you cook it or season it. It prevent too much chewiness even if you reheat it.

All forms of cooking will denature its protein content. Its so little it doesnt even matter.

>i like mine rare

Enjoy your early death.

Sorry but that is not healthy.

>Carbonara
>Carb

This is a joke, right?

Breasts are for faggots getting them succulent thighs doh, better protien in take per 400g when I've compared.

>next thing you know some stupid user reads this and then goes and eats raw chicken for extra protons

Hello Ron.

Is there a step by step cooking guide for absolute cooking retard?

Friend is a lot more though

I take the tyson fully cooked chicken breasts out the freezer. I warm them up and add mozzarella cheese. Then I add some hot sauce, Jack in the boxs hot sauce if I got it.

I switched to pork tenderloin after 1year eating 3 chicken breasts a day. I buy mine already marinated with garlic and it tastes great if I don't fuck up overcooking it.

Kinda miss the chicken, I used to eat it with a slice of tomato and pepper/garlic powder so it wasn't dry

that looks like a shit load of sugar
what if I use only salt?

Same my dude. $2.50 for 1 pound of 90% lean bird at Target. Chili, pasta, rice and beans, tacos, burritos, burgers. The poorfag's helper. Ground chicken is kinda nasty. Nothing wrong with some baked chicken thighs and potatoes, though.

I usually fry it brown on both sides, then I add onions, carrots and peas. Then I make a hot sauce with tomatoes and water. I pour that over rice.

I want those extra proteins from combining peas with rice.

>Falling for such shitty bait

You can actually do that with chicken that isn't mass produced toxic waste.

Vinny you gotta go on a diet

What's the best brine?

>I only eat red meat
have fun with your cancer lmao

I've been playing around with different curry marinades.

Vindaloo is my fav

>As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster.
Bless you user. My favorite movie ever.
