Yknow if I had to pick one exercise I had to take out of my routine, it would be lateral raises. Doing rear felt flys or face pulls is way more essential because it works your medial delt to some degree, however I still do lateral raises because why the fuck not

making shit harder to increase EMG is dumb anyway, you may as well just add more weight
