If you've been lifting for 6 years and still want to look like a bodybuilder you have mental problems.
A normal sane person grows out of that mindset after the first year or two, and just keeps lifting for health/strength and to look good naked, and stops caring about being autistically massive & shredded at the cost of health and enjoyment in life.
yeah ive been training for a long time but i know next to nothing about the chemical side. Like what is this dude taking? Can I get a physique like this on just testosterone alone or do I need other compounds? Plus, I imagine that this dude is getting quality hormones, right? am I wrong to assume that theres probably no chance I can get the same quality of drugs he gets?

Yeah you can build a strong physique as a natty but you will never have that "wow" factor. Normies will say chris bumstead is "too much muscle" but you cannot deny that its impressive to look at. You can achieve this in a year but your gonna need multiple cycles amping up as you go and ending with a a dnp cut and a cruise for however long you wanna maintain.
Start with a test/dbol cycle for around 2-3 months use 500 to 600mg test-e per week
Once you start hitting liimits you need to up the test to a gram per week
Once again you'll hit limits so it's time to drop test e to 100mg and add in Deca 600 per week, up it to a gram or more when you need
At this point you will be massive but blocky looking, if your happy with your size, it's time to drop the deca
You should maintain 100Mg PW of test e, but now you can add in either tren-e or tren-ace at 350mg
Ace is much more powerful than enanthate so I'd start with Enanthate and move to ace later, also enanthate you pin every third day while ace will be every day.
At this point you should be cutting and looking juicy, get a two week cycle of dnp going to drop into single digit bodyfat
The last step to get that insane elite look is to add in tren ace at 350 pw or up to 700, the muscle definition and vascularity are insane.
Here are some tips I learned from years of gear abuse
While on tren get some HTP-5, it will kill the insomnia and have you sleeping like a baby
Use aromasin for your estrogen control, Alex is shit and super hard to dial in.
Use 26 gauge pins for blasting tren, deca, test when doing ETD, when pinning ace ED, get some 1ml 30 guage insulin pins, makes it much easier

As for the actual question in the op, I would like to share some opinions/advice that I will base on my extensive amateur fraudposting research. Although being a natty alpha cuck myself, I quite enjoy ingesting fraud blogs/videos/etc.
One quite tragic phenomena that I have observed on several occasions, is when a (usually) young 20s guy decides to start frauding and is doing a journal or w/e on it, and then the guy gets like a little bit too hooked, starts upping dosage/adding compounds/blast and cruise, etc. And then in 8-12 months he will stop posting, presumably because he got off and quit training or fucked up his pct or got shit results or something similar, I mean if I did a cycle an ran an online journal about it, and I got off, and I got to keep a decent amount of my fraud gains, and my natty test levels recovered, and I continued to go to the gym with the same energy, and enjoyed working out etc, then I would prob want to post at last a summarizing/closing entry about that, I (probably) wouldnt just abandon my posting and disappear, unless I fucked up pretty bad somewhere.

I saw this happens to a guy that started out with a good base, big, strong, did his research, serious, I think he was 28 or 27.
He did regular bloodwork to dial in his estrogen, had trouble with this even though he seemed read up on it.
His first cycle ended up as a 500+ days blast and Cruise with some added compounds including tren. A few "veteran" fraud readers suggested he should get off and he wrote a post that he was going to, and then he stopped posting and disappeared.
Then you see guys that have no clue and are super stubborn and do daredevil af cycles, some get sides or more or less fuck ups, some are fine.
And also guys that just seem to be built for ronrons, read the forum journal of a guy that went off after 20+ years with just a couple few months breaks to knock up his girl (super easy Apparently) Proffessional BB, had a wife and kids, seemed happy, had to come off because hemoglobin blood levels something. I think it ended with him getting trt (is harder to get in my country than in the US), he had to get a low level trt because of the blood thing, but it was still decent I think.
The last guy did good or at least ok in the long, even though he did a lot of gear during a long time.
I dont know if there is a hypochondric aspect to the roids/sides equation, maybe, but there at least seems to be a large genetic component i e how promenad you are to get sides and probably also a genetic difference as to how much two guys will grow, respectively, put on the same fraud compound regimen.
This is hard to judge from a picture and probably also hard to know without actually trying rons.
So what I am thinking is that on one hand you have a lot of natty gains left to make (natty test levels rise til at least 30) and you have a very solid base, and you can still modify and optimize diet and nutrition and recovery etc.
On the other hand Im saying that if you really want to know if you have fraud potential then maybe you have to try.
Super ultra disclaimer: of course this is not like real "real" advice (and Im also high af rn) the only thing I really think you should actually Do, is read up on and familiarize yourself with the concept, if you already havent. /fraud is fun and has good trips, or at least "good" as in "chaotic neutral-good".
