usually i eat veggies on my last meal of the day, about 500g of veggie salad, brocoli, aspargus, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, spinach, arugula and kale with about 200g of chicken breast
I had 6 chicken nuggets (freezer kind) and 3 oz of broccoli and cauliflower. Total of 300 calories. I'm wondering if making my own nuggets would be lower calorie. Would probably be cheaper and I could add more flavor.
