no, but it helps

maybe

le this

What's a good substitute? A lot of peanut butter and beans?

this but unironically

And fish

Thanks boss

well, the benefits of beef (for example) are:
~25% protein
~10% fats
- heme iron
- some creatine

consume protein from eggs, dairy (whey!), fish, possibly poultry. eat enough fat to fit your macros. add creatine. consume multivitamin supplements with vitamin C to allow it to enhance non-heme iron uptake.

For Hominids... NO... but meat does help.

Yes

>People who read books know a fact that vegetarians do not- that at one point in history, the Earth's total population of humans dropped to between 5,000 and 10,000 individuals, due to the eruption of Mt. Toba in Sumatra, which killed off most of the available plant and animal life on Earth in 71,000 BC. During this period of time, humans were confined to an
>extraordinarily small area of Africa that escaped glaciation, where they subsisted on a diet that was "approximately 50-70% meat and 50-30% plants, respectively." This diet was necessitated by the die-off of plants and animals, and the lack of a varied diet that could have been otherwise obtained though plant gathering. It was at this time that the Neanderthal diet came to consist of naught but meat, due to the complete lack of availability of edible vegetation, which likely lasted for at least 1000 years.(Plants/climate)

Same copy pasta shill in every meat thread

SAY NO TO THE MEAT JEW

essential? obviously not
is is optimal? nobody knows

Wasn't her shirt blue?

it's still blue, are you colorblind?

>25% protein
>10% fat
Are you trying to say beef is 65% carbs you fucking idiot

sounds like trash

give it 3 years and this 'evidence' will exist only in the old bookmark libraries of confused dyels

What

>relevant

There isn't one food id recommend. I have no problem getting my protein so long as I'm consistent with my eating. At least 30g protein per meal with snacking in between.

Beans and nuts obviously, textured vegetable protein aka TVP, tofu.

Make high protein pasta sauces with tvp or throw a block of tofu in some instant ramen.

Also snack on loads of fruit, you'd be surprised how much the protein adds up.

>sounds like trash
Science tends to, to idiots
>Not reading

No, but it seems essential to not turn into an insufferable faggot.

how about water?

Why do people think that fish isn't meat?

>Excessive carbohydrates
>extreme fat intake
Unless you're eating a tub of tofu everyday your macros are going to be shit

>Blogspot
Also believes in flat earth

Not neccessary, and not sufficient.

Eggs and cheese work well as a meat substitute.

Percentage in relation to total mass is a really fucking stupid way to speak about nutrients, user. You should feel bad about defending this measurement

this, a thousand times this.
like no one gives two shits what you eat and it doesn't make you any more special.
fuck vegans faaark me off sometimes.

fpbp

I feel way better now that I'm vegan but it can be hard to get your protein intake every single day. A lot of places don't have vegan options, let alone high protein vegan stuff. But I feel like it was worse it

I believe in flat earth as much as you don't believe in not reading at all, then shitposting about it

pantsu?

>Is eating meat essential for gains?
Yes. There are highly beneficial compounds in meat that do not occur in shitty plant-based diets.

>tfw no qt Nip schoolgirl gf to wear short skirts for me

here is another pic if you want
