Lunch: pasta with veggies (200g) and baked fish with cheese (250g)

You can count yourself, there's no way to get over 1.5k calories with this.
I eat at a small restaurant so I just rotate the same dishes around but that's basically it.

1) You do not need to supplement your protein intake.
2) You are consuming too many carbohydrates.
3) You cannot accurately gauge the caloric content of meals at restaurants.

I want you to try something for me. If it's possible for you to prepare meals I want you to carefully and accurately measure out 1400 calories worth of food. It can be anything you like but you *must* measure and record everything that goes in your mouth. I also want you to record your weight once a week on the same day, in the morning after you've voided. Do this for one month. Do not cheat. Do not fail to account for everything that goes in your mouth. Then come back and tell me you're at the same weight.
