>People will actually fall for this

if youre insinuating that was me, i never post trip off and ive never actually started a thread, i pay no attention to the post count

You've posted two entirely different people.

nah i think hes talking about the pic i used in the op

ease on the paranoia bro youre a bro

I think he was talking about people falling for SS

Is it normal for a novice to squat a 7rm for twice as many reps within two weeks, then 28 reps within the next two weeks? I'm just wondering about my genetic potential and if that's any good indicator. The weight was 205lbs.

>wondering about my genetic potential
goof

>worrying about genetic potential any earlier than 10 years of training

Fuck off dad

youtube.com/watch?v=OZ3103y7aQk

THE REAL POLISH MISFITS

reminder that clarence was squatting 3 plate after 2 years of training. We here say that you should be squatting that within 6 months from zero here

progress in the early phases is a terrible indicator of potential

Is there ANY written language worse than polish?

Reminder that Zach Evetts was doing 3 plate 5x5 after 6 months

Tweaked my SI joint today, who wants to put a bullet in my head?

No bully ;-;

I will if you'll kill me at the same time

I tought I fucked up but its only tight hamstrings and I pred highbar at 200kg anyway it was actually my 5th squatting session this week

Didn't seem to actually work so much for me, especially after the first time I tried it. Going to be using the 3x squat soon (after I'm not wanting to kms because of my SI) though. Will report back with how I feel about it.

I hate sheiko but I haven't had anything work as well for my squat except for the high volume 2017 project momentum.

how did you do it? SI injuries can be nasty, i tweaked mine squatting and it has never felt quite the same since

Answrr me question b4 u do that

Darn i was going to start it this week
I cant squta 4pl8 yet tho so maybe itll work for me

>tfw deadlifted 200kg for 2 singles again with no pain
it took me 5 months but i think i might be recovered guys

before it happend i was pulling 230 without even trying

SUOMI

I was warming up deadlifting, had 185kg loaded up, went to pull and immediately felt pain.

You'll probably be fine, I really liked c6w when I was about as strong as you.

instagram.com/p/BZeMn6KDX4l/?taken-by=sp00ky_louisianabal

Plenty actually. Hungarian is just tragic. Finnish is bad as well.

Ive never injured my SI joint, and i think thats largely to do with the fact ive never looked up what it is

everytime my back feels tight or i have a twinge i do some decompression, stretching and mobilise the surrounding areas and its fine

Thx i was looking at c6w but wanted to do front squats so chose cuckols

When should I stop SS? What routine should I follow then?

I'm currently 97kg, ~30% bf

OHP: 40kg - 95lbs
Bench: 1pl8
Squat: 2pl8
DL: 3pl8(mixed grip), slightly above 2pl8 with double overhand.

Can't do any pullups, all of those are 5RM.

h-help me pls ;_;

I lifted recreationally for 6 months, took a 6 months break and now I've been lifting for around 3 months. (Only 1.5 months doing SS)

>can't do any pullups
>30% bf

sounds about right

some people might tell you you need to bulk or """recomp""" with lifts that pathetic, but as someone who was in your exact position about 6 years ago I think you need to cut aggressively

It fucking sucks.

I hate front squats (anymore) to be honest with you, but I haven't really trained them in the last 8 months.

>30%bf
you should worry about that first

second single 200kg highbar was no no :(

youtu.be/2r4Do97hlMU

that feeling when your hamstrings brush your calfs at the bottom of the squat

do powerlifters know this feeling?

when it stops working

Why is canditos 6 week a bad program

you didnt even try to squat it up

How did you work up to the RMs? Just go by feel?

yes i squat highbar because im not anywhere close to a comp

>200g of rice
>4 servings
I eat 150g in one serving

yea beacuse I felt that heel of my right feet went up and I was out of balance

did it first time tho

>tfw calf brush hams
>tfw quads against obliques
>tfw muscles in lower back trying their hardest to keep the back straight
>tfw squatting barefooted

Perfect

>yea beacuse I felt that heel of my right feet went up and I was out of balance
you went down with too upright torso thats why

>200kg high bar
mirin yakob is getting strong I wish one day I could squat more than I bench :(

exactly, hip hinge was shit at the top and I fucked up than I lost balance beacuse of to upright torso

the amounts are adjustable obviously, per serving it would be
125g beef
50g rice
60g kidney beans
60g haricot beans

thats like 500 cals? 500ml of milk with it and youve got an 850cal meal with decent protein and carbs, you want more rice add more rice

this is why i like doing singles with heavy weights for sets

its good to practice form when weights fele very heavy

instagram.com/p/BZtLPJelzpO/?taken-by=chasing70sbig

this is my highbaring at a bit lower weights

I also see that my hamstrings are tight af :(

second clip is 190kg

you need to squat lower fggt if you do highbar go atg

Can't fucking decide what program to do. I read one thing and then see someone else argue it's wrong or no good. Thinking of switching to c6w. Just fuck my life up.

Lifting history: ss, tm
Projected 1rms in kg: 146 bench/203 squat /225 dl
Stats: 194cm/108kg

for what purpose im not going to be oly lifter

A few months before I started I tested my front squat max and used that to determine the 8-3rms. I did not test my 1rm. After the first time I ran the program I took the % increase on my comp squat and applied it to my front squat.

you should b able to do 200kg based on that 190kg. Also becuz the bottom has most kneeflexion so its good youll get juicy teardrop quads

>atg
>with those proportions
xaxaxaxa

lowbar is most comfy in setup beacuse I can stand with that weight on my back for hours for highbar not so

youtu.be/Va5wyZDZlKA?t=71

Exactly, im not build to atg lmao my shins are very long and quads not so

I can't feel anything with my SBDs on

my quads are biggest part of my body and they got so big I got muscular imbalances with my hammies and they shortened and I need to work on them hard now

I dont need more quads lmao

Depends on your goals but for the most part just find a program you like, make sure you're progressing through progressive overload, an be patient. If you want strength find a strength program and do that. If you want size find a bodybuilding program to ensure you're getting enough volume, my favorite to recommend is layne nortons phat, and as long as you're still getting stronger and gaining weight you're good

I want a powerlifting program to increase the big 3.

C6W (might need to change the bench programming though), 28 free, CLutz intermediate, Project momentum 2k16 and 2k17, sheiko, dietmar, one of the four Hepburns, basically whatever the hell you want

start doing more leg and arm bicep curls

When will you get a life and leave plg you fat sack of shit

Get some (((real))) friends

frig off s**n

Probably when I end up necking myself eventually

>CURLS

Also will doing leg curls not make my hammies even stiffer? I know that RDL give nice stretch

Get a motorbike

LADS I HAVE NOBODY ELSE TO TALK TO
I'm trying to write intern applications and I am now so stressed and anxious, it feels like I have a huge weight on me. I feel like I'm not worth anything, completely average to employers and even trying is pointless.

How to remove this feeling without drugs?

...

I think he meant people falling for the troll in the pic that its Zach on the right

STILL OF NEWBIE GAINS, FUCK FAT

Would I really add 120lbs to my lifts with the Hepburn method? Sounds hard to believe

doing the same thing man, you're gonna make it

Doubtful you could run any specific version for a year unless you were bulking the whole time desu. 4-6 months is pretty reasonable though, imo. Squat gave out at 4, bench and dead still going strong though.

Bulking the whole time and were early to mid intermediate*

I am trying to find a program I can run for the next year at least.

Without bulking as I'm already approaching 110kg at 194cm.

There aren't many programs that you could do that with tbqhwyf. 5/3/1, juggernaut, sheiko and the Dietmars and a couple others, but you can make much faster and better progress doing something else. Why do you want to run the same programming for a year?

Leave plg you fat piece of shit

...

I wish I could drink her pee

Groace, I don't understand you femdom faggots

thats fucking hot

ideally you want to run the same set of training principles forever...

groace isn't a word

I've already done Texas method. Stats are here So you think it woudnt be possible to make gains on the same 5-6 week program for the next year?
