otherwise my gym only has 1 squat rack so not a lot of options, unless you want to clean the weight

Wait whats the problem with OHP in squat rack? Gym has no other place to do it and I'm not about to do a clean and jerk to get into a OHP.

Sorry, that was me yesterday. To be fair three of the squat racks are on DL platforms (DL in the front extending under the squat rack) and it was easier to get my lifts in all in one spot rather than moving around to do them elsewhere.

That could be me... I have no idea what to do with myself between sets, so I just sit down and meditate for a minute or two.

Lol nah I've never seen anyone do that, pretty funny tho. I just look at the stopwatch on my phone until it reaches 2min then I do another set
