So if this womam ate 2000 calories a day she wouldnt lose any weight because you can only lose weight by eating under 1500 calories?
So if this womam ate 2000 calories a day she wouldnt lose any weight because you can only lose weight by eating under...
>day
You misspelled light snack
Seriously answer.
No.
But everyone says its impossible to lose weight eating 2000 calories because you have to eat under that or else you will just get fatter and fatter by having extra unburned calories?
Ask serious questions, fuckface
Jesus no. Her BMR is going to be much higher than someone who is thin. She could lose weight eating 2000 calories a day. To maintain her colossal mass she's probably eating much more than that per day.
Are you retarded? It's based on TDEE. I promise this pig's sedentary (which I'm sure "she" is) TDEE is upwards of 3k, so if she eats 2k a day she'd be in pace to lose a pound or two a week by literally doing nothing but not having her face full of Krispy Kreme 24/7.
But wouldnt the unburned calories keep you fat?
If a morbidly obese person eats 2000 calories they maintain their weight correct?
But she has 500 unburned calories by eating 2000 calories because shes only burning 1500, so how in the world woyld she lose weight?
Your total daily energy expenditure increases the more you weigh. If you're fatter, you have to eat more to maintain your weight. 2000 calories is for normal people, not heffers.
But she would still have unburned calories, this doesnt make sense.
How do you know she's only using 1500 a day? Is that picture (you)
Sedatry people burn 1500 calories a day
This is my sister.
You're either a retard or a troll. Either way there is no helping you. Have fun with tha beetus.
No they don't it changes based on your weight height and gender
You are what you eat.
If you eat 2000 kcal a day your body will change into a state that requires 2000 kcal a day.
That fatso in your op requires maybe 8000 kcal a day to stay that fat.
If she only ate 2000 kcal a day she would lose weight until she reaches a state that requires 2000 kcal.
Your body burns calories simply by existing. That's what your tdee is you mong.
Obvious troll is obvious, abandon this pathetic thread.
>your??? (clap) body (clap) needs (clap) nutrients???? UwU

generally, people all have the same amount of organs, blood and daily functions required of them. The amount and size of bones and flesh change marginally with height and muscle mass differences (these are the variables used to calculate your base rate of metabolic activity)
But generally, you have a certain amount of brain activity and other bodily systemic usage to maintain, this is what we eat food for, to maintain these systems.
When we eat more calories (food energy) than we need to maintain these systems, the excess is converted into fat and stored in the body. This converted energy still needs to be connected to the body and pathways are made to supply the body access to it when it needs, these pathways are blood vessels. The more excess fat reserves the body has, the more energy the body needs to use to maintain them, and this is where the large differences in energy expenditures between normal people and obese or super fatty fatty boombalatty people come from.
In a super fat body, each excess fat cell also demands energy to exist and be maintained by the body. If a body doesn't use the energy given to it, it will store it away. More worrisome is most fat cells expand and it is expected that eventually the body will work so hard it will use the energy that has been stored in the fat cell, but when a surplus of food energy is being constantly delivered, the body doesn't ever need to empty the fat cell and old gross fat just sits inside your cells, demanding energy from your blood to exist, pulling resources from the body that would otherwise go to maintaining muscles, organs and skin functions.
This is why obesity leads to increases in cancer, because fat is pointlessly sitting in the body, literally using resources the body should be using for other things.
So, the base metabolic rate in a super fat person is much higher than a regular, because the fat, like a demon ogre, demands the bodys food energy to maintain its existence.
> fatso in your op requires maybe 8000 kcal a day to stay that fat.
I've always been amazed at how hamplanets manage to afford being morbidly obese
Wrong. Are you actually retarded or did you spend two minutes reading a people's magazine "lose weight in 2 weeks" article then assume your knew everything about the body.
Everyone has a different TDEE determined by body mass, activity, gender and height. Your TDEE(total daily energy expenditure) is how much calories you burn a day.
If the amount of calories you eat is less than your TDEE you lose weight. If it is not, you maintain weight, or gain weight if you caloric intake is higher than TDEE
i pulled the 8000 kcal figure out of my ass but I checked it now:
a 25 y/o, 150 cm, 200kg no-activity female needs about 3000 kcal;
in case of 300kg it would be about 4000 kcal
so its not that hard to afford it... 200g bag of chips is over 1000 kcal, 1L coca-cola is 400 kcal. Add pizza, sweets, white bread, noodles and other crap to that and there you go
Good on you for actually explaining this.
