I lift for Christ every day. Before I begin any heavy set I say a prayer under my breath asking for protection and to not get hurt, and when I'm lifting, if it gets too much I say I'm "sending them up to God."
It makes my sets go way easier.

user, I have been suffering a lot lately in my life. Gf of 7 years dumped me, grandfather in the hospital, parents health is failing, lost my job. But that verse gives me hope.
