I need tasty different recipes with oats to build muscle mass

Oats, almond butter, a banana mashed up and mixed. It's perfection in a bowl.

I like mixing peanut butter and honey with mine.

Anyone else make their own nut butters in a Vitamix?

i put 1 tbsp of coconut oil and maybe a little honey or blueberries

1 cup of oats, 3 tbsp peanut butter, 2 scoops chocolate whey. Tastes like a no bake cookie and is good for getting HUUUUUGE

grind them to powder
100g oats
1/2 scoops protein
banana
500 ml milk

Have you tried putting some jizz into it?

i mix in a bit of jelly and some banana, tastes bretty good but im starting to eat jelly a lot and one jar will last me 2 weeks but i think i have to cut it, same with peanut butter which makes me a sad lad

If you're not eating your oatmeal raw while taking sips from the kitchen sink then you're doing it wrong. Can down 1+ cups of oatmeal in minutes easily.
