Mesomorph Pre Workout (used to just drink black coffee, but this stuff kicks your ass 10x as hard cuz DMAA)
Vitamin D (part of the 70% that are deficient)
ZMA (nightime blend for sleep gainzzz)
Fish Oil (probably doesn't do shit but my gf buys it for me and says it's good for you, so I take it)

Whey is Vanilla, BCAAs are Watermelon and Creatine is unflavored so it doesn't taste like ass when blended together.

D-ribose and vitamin B-12 for energy.

Whey on occasion when I need to hit protein targets, usually more when cutting.

It depends. If you're wanting to gain weight I would drink a 12oz glass with every meal. I'd say eat 4 meals a day
BUT: the more weight you gain the more milk you'll need to drink in order to KEEP gaining weight

hmmm.. im thinking of just taking weightgainer twice a day for 1200 out of 2500 calories

take a weight gainer, get in a quart of milk a day, add some peanut butter into your shakes, hell even some oreos or olive oil if you have to

milk, oats, peanut butter, protein scoop, mass gainer

combine them all and you have a 5000 calorie 300 carb shake
