It's actually not judging from that picture, just put more of an emphasis on it if you want aesthetics. I.e. twice a week with a mixture of low rep heavy weight and high volume low weight.
not previous guy but I'd say you look like a naturally strong guy who doesn't lift - you know the type. Personally I'd cut as it's the bodyfat that is fucking over your aesthetics, it's a bitter pill to swallow but better to do a shorter one now than a fucking long one later down the road.
