Ive had kidney stones a few times. If you notice a pain starting in your lower back that gradually becomes 6nbereable start p6nishing the water. You can flush it out in a few hours. Also anti spasmatics help if the stones are really big. If its big just go to the doctor for some morphine. Kidney stones comes down to diet and hydration but if you are properly hydrated you wont get kidney stones. Peace
