You have really good body composition genetics. With that said, I won't sugar coat it: your lifts are shit. For starters, good body composition genetics are usually indicative of one's ability to carry lean muscle mass at a certain body weight - meaning you carry more muscle than someone with worse genetics at the same body weight (giving you more strength potential)

At your height and density, your bench press should be well close to 370+. Your OHP is shit but I assume you don't train it. A 500 deadlift is nothing. Your squat is fine if to depth
