How's everyone's training going?

My session yesterday was shite. Front squatted 127 yesterday and missed 138. My all time PR is 142, so I was pretty pissed. Warm ups on snatches were shit, so I just called it quits. Fuck snatches, man.

Similarly, internal rotation at the shoulder for a better overhead position?

Whenever I'm having an off day I just switch over to some gpp movements. I hope you didn't just leave the gym at that point.

Did 5x3x1 on FS, and then shoulders. Deloaded a bit to work a form issue I noticed but ended with a pause squat at 140

Also I did some ring work as my core workout for the fuck of it and god damn that shit is fun

that's not complex enough to feed my autism

internal rotation in the catch is stronger IMO. it helps for me to think up.

I did 10x2 speed squats with 50% EMOM and tried to max my deadlift to no avail

not really, but i am front squatting close to max 3 times a week

usually go like this
>monday work up to a new max
>tuesday 3x10
>wednesday work up to new max again
>thursday 3x10
>friday work up to new max again

those sets of 10 are pretty light though, like 60% of my max

Anyone got any good stretches for a great front squat I can do often throughout the day wth no equipment?

I already do a lot like lower body, butchers block, t spine, wrists etc, just wondering what you think would be very beneficial to stretch multiple times throughout the day.

Any good upper stretches for a more comfy rack position without equipment?

my program called for no feet snatches up to 80%. Could only get up to 70

That angle literally doesn't help one bit, her feet are in the way.

Yeah, I've gotten to the point where my lower back can't really handle max effort deadlifts in addition to squatting and the lifts. It kinda sucks, I miss it sometimes.
