Leg day today and I've been on a break for a while so have bad leg DOMS. Should I skip or power through?

switch legs on the next workout. i train legs 4 days a week currently.

...

squat 3 times a week (russian squat program)

deadlift once a week (coan/phillipi)

and i do high rep calf raises everyday

>has a 'leg day'
This is how I know you're weak and under 200lbs.
Bet you don't even have periodized training and just do the same shit everytime.

cool, thanks fatty.

Ballet every other day

l-london?

I do Meme Lifts so I do squats every time I go to the gym.

I'm gonna be a T-Rex after a couple of months of doing SL, aren't I?

squat
dedlifts
lunges
leg curls
leg extensions
leg press
also calf raises but those i do every day more or less

>not just squatting and deadlifting for legs

I tend to feel squats stretch and burn in my hip flexors more than anywhere else.
How fix?

Stretch them, hamstrings and glutes regularly. Also strengthen your core. Core strength is overlooked a lot of times in tight hip flexors.

>Squat
1x12, 2x15
>Deadlift
4x6
>Biking
30sec light, 30 sec as heavy and fast as possible, do this for 5 rounds, 60sec cooldown

I've done lunges and split squats and machine work, but biking upped my game instantly, for example the weight I squatted for 13 reps two weeks before I then squatted the same weight for twice as many reps. Also this week I squatted 20 more than that weight for 15 reps. With the program I'm doing you add 10-15 lbs onto your lower body lifts every three weeks, so if I keep making insane gains I'm gonna end up doing more 20+rep sets wish me luck m8s

Since I have a bad back is it ok just to use machines for leg workouts?

Thinking mostly leg press

Zyzz :(

The classic:
Squat
Legpress
calf raises
Leg extensions when im feeling it
Leg curls lying
Leg curls seated

Blast the whole legs one time a week, they grow like crazy.

I do either of these, or somewhat of a mixup alternating hams/quads.

Day 1
Highbar Squats - Pyramid the weight up, 20 reps all the way down to 4, do 5 sets
Legpress - 4 sets, keep the weight the same, around 12-8 reps
Leg extensions - 4 sets, 25-10 reps, squeeze and hold at the top

Lying leg curl - 4 sets, pyramid up
Seated leg curl - 5 sets, keep the weigh the same 30 - 20 reps
Standing single leg curl - 4 sets, 8-20 reps, pyramid the weight down, the last 2 sets are performed back and forth

Standing donkey calf raise - 4 sets pyramid up 20-6 reps, squeeze on top, bodyweight calf raises inbetween sets
Seated bent knee calf raise - 5 sets 15 reps, keep the weight the same, bodyweight between sets

Excercises I rotate in and out of the training to give it variety:
Hack squats
Walking lunges
Romanian DLs

I obviously don't train for strength though, PL fags need not to apply

Bulgarian split squats
Single leg hip thrusts
Glute ham raises
Standing calf raises
Seated calf raises
Hip flexors

Leg day 1(quad emph)
>Squat 5x5
>leg press
>leg extension
>lunges(if I hate myself that day)
>calf extension on leg press machine

Leg day 2(ham glute emph)
>Squt 3x10
>RDL speedwagon
>leg curl
>1 leg kettle bell DL
>hip thrust
>medicine ball leg curl
>calf ext

Literally CoolCicada's leg day but I superset the calf raises with the squats cause I fucking hate squats and need something to mix it up and then I superset the machines cause they're all right next to each other in my gym.

squats and bulgarian split squats, maybe some calves (grow grow grow) if I feel like it

Squats: 9 sets
Leg Press: 5x10-20
Leg Extension: 5x10-20
Ghr: 5x10-15
Calves: 10x10-30

oh you're that user who had tumors growing on his legs can you show me that pic again?

Squats. But also deadlifts

front squats
back squats
some hammy slammies
say i'm going to do good mornings but just go home because i don't want to do sit after a double dose of squats
