this has been my progress so far. at my highest weight i was 150lbs, started lifitng and cleaning up my act, took the before picture when i had lost 5lbs. I currently weight 131 but i want to wait a little while before i update this.

i want to cut down to 120-125 (whatever looks good)
i eat 1,400 calories a day and am making beginner gains
After I reach my goal weight I want to slowly work my way up to a slight bulk

So just want to know, is it worth it to start lifting weight? I've lost about 30lbs off of cleaning up my diet and just some body weight stuff/cardio but I still look like shit. Can lifting fix this or will I forever be forced into dyle mode by my genetics?
