The lack of pecs and relativebigger abs with visceral fat behind the abs and a layer of fat over ur abs make them protrude unpleasingly.
Hit everything hard especially pecs and delts. And lose weight. You will look so much better then.

I have super high chest insertions. When i raise my arm up, the pecs move along towards the shoulder: making chest area empty and filling the area under shoulder withthe pec muscle.

5'7" 120 lbs., gained 15 lbs in the past 3 months and I'm going to gain another 15 more. My clothes have started fitting better and I generally feel happier. I'm just mad that I didn't start doing this years ago.
